Refund Policy
Eligibility: Only items which have been received damaged or broken on arrival will be eligible for a possible refund.
Return Window: The window of contact for a refund is 28 days from arrival of purchase.
Condition of Items: The item must be shown through evidence of pictures to be unusable and damaged.
Shipping Costs: It will be discussed after contact the process of whether the product is required to be shipped back to warehouse or not.
Refund or Exchange: Depending on their severity of the damage to the item, store credit/ coupons or a refund will be issued.
